Our Toffee Takes Gold: Confectionately Yours Wins at the 2026 International Chocolate Salon

We’re thrilled to share some sweet news: Confectionately Yours has been recognized at the 2026 International Chocolate Salon’s Top Artisan Toffee Awards!

Our handcrafted English toffee earned Gold for Best Taste and Best Texture, along with a Silver award in the Top Toffee category.

A Recipe Worth Continuing

This recognition means a lot to us because the toffee we make today is rooted in a tradition that began long before we became its owners.

When we took over Confectionately Yours in 2025, we did so as longtime customers who already loved the toffee. One of our biggest priorities was preserving the recipe, ingredients and hands-on process that had made it special for so many years.

Today, every batch is still handcrafted in small quantities here in the Pacific Northwest. We cook the toffee, coat it in chocolate, finish it with almonds and package it by hand—just as we believe great English toffee should be made.

Receiving Gold recognition for both Best Taste and Best Texture is especially meaningful to us.

Great English toffee is all about balance: a rich buttery flavor, the right crunch, smooth chocolate and roasted almonds in every bite. Those are the details we focus on with every batch, and having them recognized by the International Chocolate Salon is something we’re incredibly proud of.
