Confectionately Yours was built on a simple idea: take the time to do things well, and the results will speak for themselves. Our English toffee is handcrafted in small batches using time-honored techniques, quality ingredients, and a lot of care. Each batch is cooked, finished, and packaged by hand to create the perfect balance of buttery crunch, rich chocolate, and just the right touch of sweetness.

A Tradition Worth Continuing

This business has been part of our community for years, and we were longtime customers before we ever became owners. We fell in love with the toffee the same way many of our customers do — one piece at a time. In 2025, husbands Derek and Greg, together with the support of friends and family, purchased the business from its founder with a shared commitment to preserving what made it special. The recipes, the process, and the care that defined the toffee from the beginning remain at the heart of everything we do today.
